The spark that ignited our journey was a mixture of our background building technology for creators to monetize their expertise – our team has multiple exits including Dream to Playboy for $30M in less than a year – with a friend connecting us with a sports betting creator who was running into massive issues monetizing his business. This bleeding pain point led us to develop the vision to empower sports betting consultants, bettors, and sportsbooks through a revolutionary e-commerce platform. The Eureka moment arrived when we recognized the exact frustrations with disorganized solutions and how massive and large this sports betting consulting industry was growing. This compelled us to take action and create a unified ecosystem that would optimize their operations and amplify their success.

Our differentiation lies in our laser focus on building a truly all-in-one and verticalized platform focused on sports betting consultants. We are very close with other founders in the sports betting space and are constantly talking to creators, so we live and breathe the industry to be ahead of new trends and developments. We proactively monitor market shifts and embrace adaptability as our mantra. Swiftly integrating user feedback, we refine our platform iteratively. To weather market changes, we have employed diversified marketing channels, leveraging social media outreach, emails, and 1:1 meetings. This agility empowers us to seize opportunities swiftly, maintain a resilient stance, and stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

This experience illuminated the importance of foresight and preparedness, anchoring us to the principle of proactive risk management.

We could have continued to tweak our product in a more startup fashion, but after enough conversations, conviction, and traction, we could see that this solution needed to be scalable, robust, and reliable. What are some KPIs you mainly focus on to measure the success and progress of your business? How do you ensure you stay on track towards achieving your goals?
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that form our compass include the number of active sports betting consultants, monthly GMV, DAU, user engagement, and conversion rates. Our strategic dashboards and analytical tools enable us to monitor these metrics meticulously. This data-driven approach guarantees that we are on course, always aligned with our overarching goals.
